Pam, Karen & I decided to work together to create this site. I’ve been an avid bath-tubber for ages and wanted to spread the word on how great – and transformative – taking a bath can be, so, WA-LA! The Bath Tub Diva was launched.

I created the design, Pam did the programming (in WordPress – what else?) and Karen provides SEO support.

Jess Van Dusen, N.D., recently set up her practice in Bellingham and wanted a web site that reflected her lifestyle and the kind of Naturopathic Doctor she is. I used a lot of photographs that she had taken on her hikes around the area for the individual page headers. Sepia tones were used as full color images were distracting and we wanted viewers to feel soothed and engaged when they came to the site. Dandelion graphics line the bottom of the pages ’cause they are cool AND are a reminder of the herbal source of much of natural medicine.

Pam set up the site in WordPress and Jess can easily update it herself.

It’s a lovey, clean and easy to navigate site that will serve Dr. Dusen well!

We upgraded Ann Vetter-Hansen’s simple one page site into a marvelous WordPress site that Ann can now upgrade and blog on herself.

I love the colors and simplicity of this site design and it really suits Ann’s sensibilities, giving her prospective clients a feeling about the type of lawyer that she is.

About 4 years ago I did a simple one page site for Buckland & Schumm and it served them well for a few years. Two months ago they decided they wanted the whole enchilada for their site. I was more than happy to redo it! We used the same cool building graphic (’cause it looks like their building – clever ‘eh?) but this time we put the whole site in WordPress, so the graphics reflect a more “modern” layout and there is a groovy sidebar for Recent Posts and their Contact Info. Pam did all the programming and got the videos on the front page.

Buckland & Schumm also hired an SEO (Search Engine Optimization) expert to get their rankings showing up higher in the searches. While my company provides basic SEO for our clients, we recommend hiring a professional SEO company if your business is in a competitive field and you want to increase your chances of coming up on the first page of Google.

Aldrich Farms is a gourmet food company that needed a clean and simple interface and a shopping cart. Pam set it all up and did a fabulous job.The client is also able to update his content using WordPress for an interface.

Ciro’s Books is the site of author Willie Wilkerson. Willie wanted a site that looked contemporary but with hints of the past showing through. I created a site that felt more “ancient” with compasses and books, but also had up to date features like a shopping cart!

My client William Powers was on Good Morning America yesterday – they were doing a segment on”disconnected families” – people who spend a bit too much time with their faces in their laptops or smart phones, etc…and have forgotten that there are, indeed, other people at the breakfast table.
